Cheyenne   was a bright light at every trail ride.  Her smile was infectious.  She loved being around the horses and the horses loved her right back.  She was  also a talented nail artist that made  all the ladies on the ride a little more stylish when she would set up her nail booth.    Cheyenne was also an amazing artist.  She had a mastery of the use of color.  You can see just a few  of her works here.

She left us too soon  but we know she is with us every ride.

Shine on Cheyenne.

Suzy was a long standing member of our club.  She had a sparkling personality and always supported GRA-TRAils.  She will always be remembered riding her palomino quarter horse Topaz!

Darlene Dorsey-Farley 1933-2017

Darlene was a true ambassador for GRA-TRAils.  When Darlene rode on the trailrides, she spoke to everyone on the ride and became their best friend.  She was tenacious, vibrant and a one of a kind soul with a big heart, smile on her face and sparkles to boot!

Miss Jean was one of the toughest cowgirs ever lived.  She had braces on her legs and a cane that hung from her saddle.  She never let anything stop her from completing her ride - even a broken wrist after she came off her pony when a windmill spooked that normally unflappable trusty old boy, Ace.

We think of her quiet ways and her dry but truthful wit.  Our rides are just aren't the same without you.  We miss you Miss Jean.

Shawna Elaine Koehler
1983-2015

Shawna was a beautiful young lady that was taken way too soon.  She was an inspiration to others with her radiant smile, wonderful laugh and happy attitude.  She loved the beach, camping, and especially trailrides, horse shows and playdays on her beloved Palomino horse Spirit.  She lived life to the fullest and was deeply loved by all!
